UWCJ sponsors a summer program for preschool and kindergarten students at JFK elementary school in Jamesburg. The program aims to combat summer learning loss among children who need extra academic support. Students work with a teacher and a paraprofessional and have regular exercise classes. All Pre-K and kindergarten students received a home library with 13 books. UWCJ also sponsors a similar program for young students at the South River Primary School.
